Out with bulging pots – in with perfect heat distribution SCANPAN IQ uses a unique casting technique that integrates the optimized induction base with the aluminum core of the pots. This ensures optimum heat distribution when either boiling or frying, and that perfect results are produced in record time while preserving the juices and flavors of the raw ingredients.

The IQ range can be used on all heat sources, including induction, and is ovenproof up to 260° C.
