i bought one of the small fry pans a couple of years ago just to try - I've used it almost everyday and the cooking surface looks as new as the set i just bought. in the last two weeks i've used every piece and love the performance. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch, they are so easy to clean up the pans are usually clean and hanging on the rack before i serve the meal. It was hard to let go of the money but i'm sure i will never have to buy another set.
