As all of the other Scanpan frypans, this is an excellent value. It's size makes it a "must have" in a cook's arsenal. It is useful for both meat and egg dishes, such as omelletes. Being able to place it an oven means that it can play two rolls. But pay attention to it's directions. It may lose some of it's superior non-stick property if over heated. Well made, it heats evenly and is a snap to clean. We've used one for years and expect many more years of service from it.
