I bought this 8" pan to try out the Scanpan line - I love that it heats evenly,feels substantial and is guaranteed not to warp. So many of our past non-stick pans have warped so could no longer use them on our ceramic stove-top. So far, we love it - perfect size for an omelet or just to stir-fry some garlic and oil, the basis of most of our recipes! I'll be replacing my bigger skillets with ScanPan soon!
