This is the second Scanpan I have purchased. It was to replace a pan of the same size by a different manufacturer that I had become completely disenchanted with. There was absolutely no doubt in my mind which pan I would purchase--after my experience with my 10-inch Scanpan, I will never buy another brand. Cooking is effortless, as is cleanup. I cannot endorse this product enough and will never buy another brand. Just wish I had known about it earlier!
