Outstanding heat transfer and distribution. Excellent non-stick qualities when primed with a bare minimum of fat (oil, butter etc.). Handle is very well designed for heat rejection and comfort of use. Pan is very well designed to provide optimum cooking surface. Only time and use will speak to longevity, but I am very optimistic.
