Scanpan Warranty

Keylan Inc is a retailer of Scanpan USA. All Scanpan products are covered by the Scanpan factory warranty. No extra warranty or coverage of any type is provided by Keylan Inc.

The Scanpan warranty is duplicated here for your convenience.

• This Warranty applies to certain SCANPAN cookware, cutlery and bakeware products purchased in the United States from authorized SCANPAN USA retailers.

• Keylan Inc , the owner of this website, is an authorized SCANPAN USA retailer.

• For warranty information for other countries, please contact that country's SCANPAN importer or visit www.scanpan.dk.

• SCANPAN products bought at auction or from private persons, including E-bay and similar web sites, are not covered by this warranty. Any warranty claim must include the retailer's name and address from which the SCANPAN product was purchased.

• SCANPAN products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship.

• SCANPAN USA Inc will repair or replace, at SCANPAN's discretion, any item found to be defective, to the original purchaser. The decision whether an item is considered defective under this warranty rests solely with SCANPAN USA Inc.

• Should a defective item no longer be available, for whatever reason, an item of similar function and value will be substituted.
  

• The SCANPAN Warranty is NOT a money-back guarantee.

• This warranty does not apply if the care and maintenance instructions published in our literature and on our web site have not been followed, or if the product has been used for other than its intended purpose.

• Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

• SCANPAN product claimed as defective under this warranty must be sent post paid to SCANPAN USA Inc. Attn. Warranty Services, 10 Industrial Ave, Mahwah NJ 07430, for inspection and repair or replacement. Allow 2 - 4 weeks for disposition and processing of warranty claims.

SCANPAN CLASSIC COOKWARE & SCANPAN PROFESSIONAL COOKWARE

This section applies only to Classic and Professional Cookware

• SCANPAN Classic and Professional cookware products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty in the US.

• The SCANPAN CLASSIC and PROFESSIONAL cooking surface is guaranteed not to peel, blister and crack. If properly prepared, cleaned and maintained, nonstick properties will not deteriorate over time.

• The SCANPAN Warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alteration or commercial use.
  

• This warranty does not cover stains, scratch and scuff marks, or dents

• This warranty does not include glass lids. Replacement lids may be obtained from scanpancookware.com

SCANPAN FUSION CS & FUSION 5 COOKWARE

This section applies only to Fusion CS and Fusion 5 cookware

• SCANPAN Fusion CS and Fusion 5 cookware products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty in the US.

• The SCANPAN Warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alteration or commercial use.
  

• This warranty does not cover stains, scratch and scuff marks, or dents.

• This warranty does not include glass lids.
  

SCANPAN CLASSIC CUTLERY & SCANPAN DAMASTAHL CUTLERY

This section applies only to Classic cutlery and Damastahl Cutlery

• SCANPAN Cookware products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty in the US.

• The SCANPAN Warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration or commercial use.

• Any staining, pitting, rusting, signs of corrosion or other indications of improper care, cleaning and maintenance are expressly excluded from this warranty.
  

• Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

BAKEWARE PRO SILICONE

This section applies only to Bakeware Pro Silicone

• SCANPAN Bake Pro Silicone Bakeware is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship at the time of purchase. If any SCANPAN Bake Pro Silicone Bakeware is found to be defective immediately after purchase, it needs to be returned to the retailer where it was purchased, for inspection, replacement or credit.
  

• SCANPAN Bake Pro Silicone Bakeware will show signs of use over time, which is normal and expected. Bake Pro does not include a lifetime warranty.
  

KeKeylan Inc, the owner of this website, expressly offers no warranty on Scanpan products. All warranty responsibility is assumed by Scanpan USA to the extent described above. Every effort has been made to accurately duplicate the Scanpan warranty. In the event of dispute the Scanpan warranty as published at www.scanpan.com supersedes this warranty statement.
