Keylan Inc (Scanpancookware.com) is a retailer of Scanpan products. Scanpan is distributed in the USA, By Scanpan USA Inc, and manufactured in Denmark by the same company. All Scanpan products are covered by Scanpans factory warranty. No extra warranty or coverage of any type is provided by Keylan Inc.

• This Warranty applies to certain SCANPAN cookware, cutlery and bakeware products purchased in the United States from authorized SCANPAN retailers.

• Keylan Inc , the owner of this website, is an authorized SCANPAN retailer.

• For warranty information for other countries, please contact that countries SCANPAN importer or visit www.scanpan.dk for details.

• SCANPAN products bought at auction or from private persons, including E-bay and similar web sites, are not covered by this warranty. Any warranty claim must include the authorised retailers name and address from which the SCANPAN product was purchased.

• The Scanpan USA warranty is duplicated here for your convenience.

  SCANPAN USA, GUARANTEES THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT TO BE FREE FROM MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE PAN BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER WITH PROOF OF RECEIPT.

  SCANPAN USA WILL, AT IT'S SOLE DISCRETION, REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCT THAT IS RETURNED TO SCANPAN USA UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THIS IS NOT A CASHBACK WARRANTY.

  DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE OR ABUSE IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY OVERVIEW WHICH SHOWS JUSTIFIED AND UNJUSTIFIED DEFECTS, CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE SCANPAN USA CONSUMER SERVICE TEAM.

  YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT SCANPAN USA CONSUMER SERVICE TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO SENDING IN A WARRANTY CLAIM. ANY WARRANTY CLAIM THAT IS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RA WILL BE RETURNED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
