Sauce Pans

Cook the veggies, boil the potatoes, make the sauce! Rice is especially easy to cook in a SCANPAN sauce pan, again due to its even heat distribution. SCANPAN is particularly suitable for recipes requiring non-reactive pans since the cooking surface will not interact with any type of food. The extra-thick pan base and body eliminates the need for a double-boiler.
