SCANPAN CLASSIC Cutlery is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship.

HWIInc will repair or replace, at HWI's discretion, any item found to be defective, to the original purchaser. The decision whether an item is considered defective under this warranty rests solely with HWI INC. Should a defective item no longer be available, for whatever reason, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. The SCANPAN Warranty is not a money-back guarantee.

SCANPAN product claimed as defective under this warranty must be called into 1 877 772 5467.

The SCANPAN Warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration or commercial use. This warranty does not apply if the care and maintenance instructions published in our literature and on our web site have not been followed, or if the knife has been used for other than its intended purpose. Any staining, pitting, rusting, signs of corrosion or other indications of improper care, cleaning and maintenance are expressly excluded from this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from the warranty.
